Alternate Saturdays, 11 July 2020 - end December 2020
A series of one-hour workshop Skype sessions on Al-Anon's Twelve Concepts
'The Twelve Concepts provide guidance in serving each other in our business matters.
They show us practical healthy ways to arrive at decisions that involve others.
They can then be applied to home and work situations.' (From “Paths to Recovery”)
At 4pm Hong Kong Time on the second and fourth Saturday of each month beginning July 11 and running until the end of December 2020.
In advance of each session, participants will be answering the questions from the “Reaching for Personal Freedom” CAL Workbook related to the Concept we will be discussing in the upcoming session. We encourage participants to also read related chapters in "Paths to Recovery", "How Al-Anon Works for Families & Friends of Alcoholics" or the "2019 - 2021 Al-Anon/Alateen Service Manual”. During each session participants will share their answers from “Reaching for Personal Freedom” and are also invited to share any passages from the above mentioned CAL literature to which they relate/which provided insight.
If you have not got a copy of "Reaching for Personal Freedom” we will send the relevant worksheet pages to you, in advance of upcoming workshop sessions. To maintain anonymity we will use voice only and request you keep your user name suitably anonymous.
To join in this journey of recovery and discovery, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the Skype address and workbook pages (if needed) for the upcoming session.
